At Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho, Erich became even more skilled on videography and learned TV broadcast-style live video production methods, including giving camera and technical direction during services and events in a way a director would give direction during a TV news broadcast.

At Eastridge Church in Issaquah, Washington, Erich took what he had learned at Real Life Ministries and incorporated it into the workflow there while adding camera shading and control. to his existing workflow.

Erich is familiar with the Ross Carbonite video switchers as well as the Blackmagic Design ATEM series of switchers and video shaders. He has operated and trained volunteers on operating these devices as well as studio-grade cameras including Sony and Blackmagic Design.
