Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Locations

Our studio is located in Post Falls, ID.  On-location shooting is available upon request within the following Idaho and Washington counties (within limits for some counties) free of charge:

Idaho

Kootenai
Shoshone
Benewah
Latah
Bonner (as far north as Sandpoint)

Washington

Spokane
Lincoln
Whitman
Pend Oreille (as far north as Newport)
Stevens (as far north as Colville)

Beyond the counties listed above, all travel expenses are based on standard mileage rates, airline ticket costs, and/or lodging costs.  All travel expenses, not including food, are paid for by the client.

We reserve the right to waive and/or lower travel expenses as circumstances allow and at the photographer’s discretion.  We will never overcharge for travel expenses.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, money orders, major credit and debit cards.

Payment is due on day of session or unless otherwise specified in package.  Except for in extreme circumstances, payment is non-refundable.

Image prints and/or rights to photos are not released until client has paid in full.

Ownership of Images

All images and rights therein, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of the photographer. Unless otherwise provided, any grant of rights from photographer to client is limited to the private, personal use of photographic material purchased by the client.

All images may be used as advertising, display, or any purpose thought proper by the photographer without additional compensation to the client.

Terms of Use of Photos and Website

SALES OF ANY PICTURES, SUCH AS FOR STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY, UNLESS RELEASED BY ERICH S. EICKMEYER PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

DOWNLOAD OF PHOTOS IN ANY WAY FROM ERICHEICKMEYER.COM (EXCEPT TO VIEW AS PART OF ERICHEICKMEYER.COM) WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION OF ERICH S. EICKMEYER PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  MEASURES HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED DOWNLOADS.

DISPLAY OF PHOTOS MARKED WITH THE ERICH S. EICKMEYER PHOTOGRAPHY LOGO MUST INCLUDE LOGO AS PART OF DISPLAY. CROPPING OF PHOTO OR OTHER METHODS TO REMOVE LOGO ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
